Most custom pieces take 2 to 3 weeks from order to delivery, depending on complexity and current order volume. We will keep you posted along the way.
Yes. You will choose from our available fabrics, colors, and hardware during the customization process, so the finished piece fits your dog personality.
If something is not right, reach out and we will make it right. We want every dog to have a piece that actually fits.
