Why we ask: so we only show you the questions that apply. A stay registration needs a few more details, like your dates and vaccination record. A home profile doesn’t.

About you

Why we ask: your email is how we send your confirmation and anything you opt into. Your ZIP lets us match weather and local ideas to where you live. Phone and home type are optional.

Why we ask: the property uses your name and phone to match you to your reservation and reach you on site. Your emergency contact is someone they can call if something happens to your pet while you can’t be reached. Pick someone who isn’t traveling with you.

Your stay & vehicle

Why we ask: your confirmation number and dates link your pet to your booking. Your plate lets the property’s parking operator recognize your car as a registered guest, so you don’t need a paper pass. We don’t use your plate for anything else, and we never sell it.

Your pets

Why we ask: breed, size and energy shape the walk, weather and fit ideas we send. Health notes help us avoid suggesting things that don’t suit your pet. Everything except the name is optional.

Why we ask: properties have pet policies on breed and weight, and they need proof of a current rabies vaccination. Your upload goes to a private folder that can’t be opened from a web link. Only our staff can view it, and it’s deleted automatically 90 days after check-out.
